    2010 SA Currie Cup Competition

I disagree. It was an incredibly tight game and was played like a final, which it was. For me the ITM and CC are about on par when the top tier teams meet. I would reckon the likes of Cantabs Bulls , WP Southland, Waikato Sharks to be close contests.

12 and 13 mostly. Pretty mediocre.

2010 Wallabies End of Year Tour (EOYT)

Oops. I'm all over the show here. I looked at the first schedule I could find which at a second glance left out most of the Aussie games. http://www.supersport.com/rugby/international/fixtures Should have looked here: http://rugby.com.au/fixtures_results/spring_tour/spring_tour,122414.html...

2010 Wallabies End of Year Tour (EOYT)

Sorry I should have been clearer. Castro is the only prop at Leicester who currently plays Internationals. Italy are not playing EOYT games. The backup prop quality of the top tier teams over there are very, very good. I stand to be corrected but none of them are international regulars. I...

2010 Wallabies End of Year Tour (EOYT)

http://www.rbs6nations.com/en/matchcentre/match-centre_fixtures-results.php Six Nations starts in Feb. Nobody is going anywhere. Those guys are likely to play. White is an oldie but based on what I have seen in 2 Leicester games I watched this year so far there is nothing wrong with his...

2010 Wallabies End of Year Tour (EOYT)

The Leicester front row will be something like White, Chuter, Castrogiovanni. There are not many stronger scrummaging front rows running around the the muddy Isles than that. That's like a the grim reaper and his two nastiest friends. I hope for all money I am wrong but I see a likely...

2010 Wallabies End of Year Tour (EOYT)

Actually quite the contrary. Need beef. Not fairies. Absence of Douglas is baffling. Did he piss someone off? Surely Kepu is a better player than Daly? He scrums better, is better with ball in hand, does everything better? The Boks got smashed mid week last year with iffy T5 selections...

    Commonwealth Games Rugby 7s

I struggle to see the role 7's is supposed to play in developing 15s rugby. It's a totally overstated myth. How many international class players came through sevens? I mean really came through sevens, not played a game here or there to class them an "ex 7s star".

Doc Craven 100 years (long live the Craven Spirit)

A real legend if ever there was one. I remember as small kids how we looked up to Doc. Every rugby coach I ever had to do with at school referred to Doc Craven at every opportunity. He ran rugby with an iron fist.

Patick Lambie will be the next Ruan Pienaar. A great player but nobody knows where to play him and eventually his game suffers. You read it here first.

Mitchell settling in to South African life

Honestly can't see how you can tell from those pictures but if two guys waltz in like that it's clearly not safe. You would think the Lions would put foreign coaches in properly secured accomodation. This is so embarassing for SA.

    P de Villiers

True. But they played what was in front of them and won. Unlike everyone else who did not. It was not the first time where the winner had to scrape past lesser teams who tend to lift in the WC. (I hate this debate but) NZ could not put a game away which they should have done in their sleep. They...

    P de Villiers

Not sure why you are suggesting that the thread would go on for pages becuase this article just substantiates what I have been banging on about for ages and most SA fans agree with. I started saying last year the Wobs will be the ABs biggest problem. Not SA. Our slide started at the...

The Great Umaga for an Aussie S15 spot

He looks very slow and unfit from the last two Counties games I saw. Canlt see him keep pace in Super Rugby.
