^^^^AFAIK the finals are top 6 on the competition ladder after round 18. In the first week 1 plays 6, 2 plays 5, and 3 plays 4. In week 2 the top ranked winner plays the highest ranked loser, and the other two winners play each other. The Grand Final is the two winners of the week games.
