Which oz players will retire or play overseas after rwc 2011

No stranger to controversy is Mundine either. Famously went public with apparent support for 9/11.

    Current world 15.

It's considered poor form to start a thread like this and LOL at everyone else's selections. :)

    Wallabies Middle age meltdown?

Wayne Smith is just being manipulative. Players will always tend to show solidarity with their group. If a question is asked one way, then players can easily be manipulated into showing solidarity for a senior player, which can then be spun into an implied criticism of the coach and his...

    Waratahs 2011

I have to agree with you, Lee. Kids should be prepared to play for nothing to get a shot at professional rugby. Once they make the cut, then they can get paid. And if they are successful they can make serious money.

    Ballymore redevelopment approved

Yeah, bloody different ethnic backgrounders. Where the f*ck are Joh Bjelke Peterson and the WAP when you really need 'em?

That's a terrible result for Holmes, who was considered the best player of his gifted generation. :(

The Australian Points out what we already knew; Giteau is close to signing in france

No no, liqour box is right. We should introduce a completely spurious additional contract in order to potentially remove some of our best players from contention for the World Cup. Marvellous.

    Bonus Points Review?

It does have an effect. By adding 8 free points to each team, the percentage of the total pool of points that can result from bonus points falls. It is mathematically equivalent to awarding 3.x for a win.

    Bonus Points Review?

By increasing the total number of competition points available in a season, it slightly reduces the effect of bonus points.

    Decline of Test match leaders

Pocock is a very good leader already. He does more of the interpersonal part of captaining than Rocky. Nau is also a very good leader although he will be fighting with Moore for a spot - no bad thing.

I reckon I've met Urban Nymphas a few times over the years.

    Waratahs 2011

I think most of the blame for that lies with Connolly's gameplan and with the team for not adjusting when it became obvious it wasn't working. Even as we were being smashed, we still weren't committing to the breakdown in sufficient numbers to compete. It wasn't a case of Vickerman et al...

    Waratahs 2011

The Tahs will cream all those front row encounters, excepting that Baxter is ordinary in the tight. TPN vs. Fainga'a especially is some kind of mismatch. The second row encounters will be interesting.

    Waratahs 2011

I know there is some perspective involved, but TPN looks like a midget compared to Douglas.

    Rugby Kits and Style

Shirt out, socks down, collar up, colourful shoes. I was a skinny, shortarsed winger so no one noticed anyway.

    Favorite Players

Nah, Konze, Palu merely bashes other physical players into submission. My true favorites are the sublimely talented. My all-time favorites are Eales, Horan and Larkham.
