Know whom you mean...I actually played against him whilst at school so know that story...and can vouch for Jika's reasoning, he did it again with the 5/8 in my year, and that guy later repped NSW cricket as a 'keeper...reason why Adam Gilchrist moved to WA and the rest is history!
