British & Irish Lions tour of New Zealand (2017)

First BILs Squad Change. Ben Youngs withdraws from the Tour for family reasons (Tom's Wife's Cancer is now Terminal) replaced by Greig Laidlaw. Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk

    Where to for Super Rugby?

I'm done. Cut the Rebels so I can just enjoy the last ever Pro Rugby team in Melbourne's final few games and the players I'm attached too. Or confirm they're not cut and let me have some hope for the future. It's ludicrous, it becomes more ludicrous by the week, and any potential advantages...

    NRC onwards and upwards

I think they initially wanted different branding for all the NRC teams, so that they were independent (at least on the surface) of both the Clubs and the Super Sides. Rebels 2nd side was the Rebels Rising, so it never seemed too separate in the first place, albeit I loved that Pink in the first...

Excellent try. Absolutely awful defending after Jantjies got the offload away. Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk

Very disappointed to concede that try right on the stroke of time. Otherwise after Mafi came back on we've been pretty good. Not amazing by any means, but there's a lot of nice intent both on attack and defense. Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk

    Where to for Super Rugby?

Was Live Sports Broadcast not just an exception to the general "No Gambling Advertising before 8.30pm" Law in the first place, which means that loopholes (games of "Skill" notwithstanding) will probably be few and far between? Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk

    Jones bombs Israel

How much of that will be the Rebels team defence being absolutely useless, and he Brumbies still being one of the best in the comp. Regardless, Speight should be starting over Sefa, but I'd have both of them in the 23. Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk

    Aussie Player Exodus

Damn, I knew the Frenchies loved the props, but €500k a season at 35 (36 tomorrow) is an excellent contract for Census Johnston. Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk

    Rebels v Lions RD 11, Sat 6th May @3pm

The scheduling has been without a doubt abysmal from an Australian POV. How many weeks have we had no Friday Night games now? I don't mind the occasional Saturday or Sunday Arvo games, but they should always occur when we've got three home games in a round, so that the 7.45pm games always get...

    Rebels v Lions RD 11, Sat 6th May @3pm

To me at least, that says more about McGahan than it does BIP. Bip and McGahan both joined the side prior to the 2014 season, and they're now in their 4th season. A quality coach would have fixed up a poor attitude or shipped the player out by now, particularly given he wasn't a Best 23 player...

100% best team available assuming you want a reserve 10. Hope there's enough cohesion to put on a good fight. Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk

    Rebels 2017

I think that the pack we can put out is strong enough, even if not dominant, particularly with Colby captain, and some more of the tight 5 back, so as long as we have a halfback on the field and JGB off it, we should be OK. Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk

    2017 Under-20 Competitions including Oceania & World U20s

My other thing thing is, if the 7s boys are to be considered for Georgia, why aren't the 7s boys playing in this tournament. There's a week between the end of this one, and the Parisian Sevens. Could have easily seen anyone they were interested in play at least the first 2 games. Sent from...

Would Ha'angana be a chance? I know he's the Rebels 8th Choice lock, so only around because of injury, but going to South Africa as an 18 year old forward is a pretty positive thing on the resume. Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk

Still can't bring myself to watch the Kings game. If we truly dominated possession and territory, give the forward pack another chance, particularly given all the unavailables. Maybe start Toby if he's ready. As for backs, please drop JGB entirely, and give a running fly half (Either...

What's the worst that'll happen? A player that the ARU invested literally nothing in doesn't play for Australia? Shock horror! Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk
