Wallabies v England in Melbourne, 18 June

That's what I say as well, especially in that 9 / 10 channel that gets us going forward. The Poms mounted pressure on Phipps and Foley and when we didnt get that go forward we struggled.

    Shute Shield 2016

Yep glad I'm not a ref. That was a far better game than one i remember from last year ;) . Whilst we agree on the above - full marks to the 12 he accepted and trotted off.

I'm in agreeance with you on this one Belly, maybe a warning and a penalty. I only advised what the touchie said.

    Shute Shield 2016

The challenges and the hurdles club rugby / sports have to encounter in this day and age. Sport is an important part of life, it is part of the balance, it keeps people happy, frustrated, and healthy. It also gives supporters enjoyment in retirement as they still come through the gates to...

Ha ha just reference you in the above post - and you post 10 seconds later. Yeah Laney can hit when he wants to.

    Shute Shield 2016

It was good to see that old school D and intensity back. Some good hits, and any former flanker would be impressed with 2 huge plays by Kotoni late in the game.

Wallabies v England, Sat 11th June, 8.00pm, Suncorp Brisbane

Having played in the front row, shit i love scrums - but lets not lose focus on the game. I get to work, and I'd need to be an architect to work out all the angles that are being posted. I think one area we lacked is the go forward and winning the collision in the close channels, we miss the...

Wallabies v England, Sat 11th June, 8.00pm, Suncorp Brisbane

I cant remember how many points did we conceed whilst Sio was off, I recall 3 minutes until he returns and though shit we haven't had a scrum and had to replace a loosie.

Wallabies v England, Sat 11th June, 8.00pm, Suncorp Brisbane

I found England really looked to target Phipps and Foley, the times we looked good was when we had go forward, crossing the add line in tight, and winning the collision - when this was being done we were earning the right wide. I'd like to soak of more time with the ball and earning the right...

    Shute Shield 2016

Like the bit about 1.04 in, Lane sees something calls for a flat ball out in front, Lucas places it there, and first phase try.

Wallabies v England in Melbourne, 18 June

I had the same response as ^^^^^^ but he explained why, and his reasoning could be justified. He was looking at balance - fair - through some red cellophane. I cant see Hooper being shifted from 7, so the 8. McMahon - who plays combination of a 6 & 7 type role? This may have a bigger impact on...

Going from the top of the page, but neither was Poey and it worked. I also hadnt though of Gill as playing 8 but maybe - interesting.

Wallabies v England in Melbourne, 18 June

Man - I've heard biased and i try and sit on the fence. I reckon reds will top the Aussie conference next year - and i hope they do, given what they have gone through and their rebuild. BUT BUT. Hooper was our best last night, it would be clear the game plan was to not have Hooper hard on the...
