    Shute Shield 2014

if they are all yellow card incidents, then there is nothing to cite. btw, I disagree with Paul Martin on the no-try. I believe it was the correct call from the ref and AR and they made it by watching it once at full speed. As a result, I would say that they are not useless.

He was always a try scroer. IMO his ball skills and defence were the problem. Has he improved these?

    Rebels 2014

looks like a good post to start a Rebels 2015 thread.

    Shute Shield 2014

And I was just asking if it deserves to be cited ie do you think it should have been a red card. I haven't seen the incident but have heard that it warranted a yellow card only. I was trying to ask your opinion of whether it deserved a red card. You had previously compared it to the Gower...

    Shute Shield 2014

Does it deserve a red card? If so, it would rely on Wests putting in a report or some other party electing to report it? If not, there is nothing to cite?

    Shute Shield 2014

From what I have heard, it deserved a yellow card, so I don't believe it compares at all to the Gower incident.

Interesting the inclusion of his last 2 tackles which were not legal. Arguably 1 red and 1 yellow. I hope he has sorted that out if he wants to progress.

    Refereeing decisions

Braveheart, while you and I are making similar points, I still think you have to be in the contest in the air in this situation. Otherwise under your interpretation, Placid's contact with Hayward would be OK if Hayward does not catch the ball and Placid is genuinely trying to catch the ball but...

    Refereeing decisions

Automatic red card is u19 law and used in some states. It is not super rugby or international law. I am pretty sure that a yellow card is recommended but not mandatory. For the Placid situation, the Law interpretation here is that you must contest the ball in the air in this situation, so I...

I still think it will be at least $20.

I'm pretty sure he did for Penrith Colts. His brother, Corey, played for Penrith before playing for Manly.

Brisbane City - NRC Team Official Thread

Given a Shute Shield game is $15, I would think $20-30 is the more likely price point particularly as many of the Clubs are hiring the Ovals.
