Bob Dwyer, Will Genia, Eddie Jones, John Connolly, George Gregan, Stirling Mortlock, Andrew Slack, Tim Horan, Brendan Cannon, Greg Martin (as insane as he is) and Matthew Burke. It's fair to say that with the list of names above in support of cooper, Deans' is treading on thin ice.

I wish I could reply with "yes he is a smart coach and I believe he has really thought about who is best to combat the enormous Lions Backs and under estimated attack they will bring to the table" but he has not really shown in the past that he is the best at making such decisions. He is...

Not surprised at all. Disappointed that we have let a great talent leave though. I don't think he particularly wants to play NRL, he loves Union and has played at 10 since his days at Churchie inside David Pocock.

http://media.brisbanetimes.com.au/national/selections/whats-wrong-with-quade-deans-4287278.html For those who haven't heard his radio appearance. I find it really weird that he is currently playing his best and most balanced rugby but Deans has opted against him. Contrarily, I thought he was...

    Wallabies 31 Man Squad

Do you think he really lives up to his size though? I feel like he never really is the enormous, hard running, big bopping 8 that he appears to be...

What seriously worries me is the prospect of losing him to another code or overseas. My guess is he will eventually throw the towel in if Link doesn't get the Job and we have Deans for the next world cup. As will I.

And what a waste of a young talent it will be.

Far out every time I read A. Finger or S. Finger I have a good laugh. The Twins are on their way to Europe next year arent they?

CFS is a late bolter for outside. Although I know he wont get picked due to lack of experience, hes a special player and hopefully we see him in the EOYT

    Wallabies 31 Man Squad

This is true but chances are we will have a starting 15 with a number of versatile backs on the field already. Maybe a specialist ten isnt such a bad idea?

Mowen? He seems to have a similar approach to Kev and they even look alike haha. But I undoubtedly think Horwill is the way to go. He has a calming influence over the team and occasionally gets a bit too passionate but this translates to a good ability to work over the ref. Genia strikes me as...

    Wallabies 31 Man Squad

I was talking about team involvement and team harmony more than play. But I believe he would be able to get more from the player. We all have our biases. Mine is toward Quade and the reds and I believe it is fair to say there are biases here that go the other way. I feel as objective as you...

So then, if I'm so completely and utterly insane, tell me why Ewen McKenzie can get the best out of the play maker if he is such a selfish, stuck up and spoilt individual? How can it possibly make sense that he would feel or deliberately act as though he is bigger than the national side when he...

At the end of last year I completely agree. I meant at the end of the 2010/2011 seasons before the world cup there was quite a lot of interest. I suspect Nasser would've been pushing him towards the money like the hired gun that is SBW but Quade loves it in QLD.

I personally think 7 Years at the Reds, despite what would have been numerous lucrative offers from euro/ jap and NRl clubs shows a sense of pride and dedication to his team. He and his family love Australia and continually show that they support rugby union in the country. Quade has done...

It's horribly immature and shows a lack of integrity from the national coach. Blaming one player for another's form slump is pathetic.

I'd say its the old "Experience over form". Burgess has quite a few caps under his belt doesn't he? That will play a major role for Deans.

You're just proving my point mate... Anyone who doesn't see that there is an issue with Deans' and his man management is either deliberately ignoring it or doesn't know anything about leadership and the role of a manager. He is supposed to be the mature, 50 year old (how old is the bloke?)...

    Wallabies 31 Man Squad

If you watch the force, brumbies and blues, he doesnt try to do anything fancy, he just plugs away, doesnt make any mistakes, kicks well and passes beautifully. Each of those teams were brutal in defence and the reds crossed the line in each of those games a number of times. To claim they were...
