Same experience here. 10 years in Sydney but found it really hard to engage in SS. Better experience with Subbies. And actually with the NRC for that matter.

They'd have to drink the kool-aid that is RA and Super. Even then they are not going to step in and accept debts that can be written off through wrapping up the Rebels. For all the opprobrium, it's the same for RA.

I'm thinking that the horse has bolted for either an NRC second tier or SuperAu. If Rebels go under with these debts, the likelihood of maintianing 5 teams, let along 8 has pretty much evaporated. I don't know what happens next, but the shrinkage down-trend is a huge risk right now.
