James Goldie could take one of the hooker spot, Nic Penisi as a 6. Josh Wilde from Joeys also a contender for a wing spot. i think youve got the first team right, although the halfback spot could be taken by any of those 3. All 6 of the halves youve named played u/16s last year am i right ?

havent seen the GPS one but i know joeys play riverview (H), scots (A), newington (A), TBA, high/grammar/tas (H), kings (A) and shore (H)

alot of talk on Angus Critchon from Scots though, he could be one of the 16s to get a run.

doubt any 16s boys will make opens next year with the opens being a very strong group. Although there are a few who may get a game or two in the 2s. Prop Tierney Glasson, Outside Tim McCutcheon and Winger Latrell Robinson the most likely.

im guessing your talking about the Clancys. Personally i think they're overrated, they're very good players but not anything special. I couldnt see them playing 1s anywhere else.

After last year seeing a few under 16s boys in 1st across the GPS, does anyone know of any 16s for next year who may do the same?

there are atleast 2, maybe 3 boys i know off who can be called imports. Riverview may not be as bad as other schools, but much like Kings they are very good at hiding it. They don't go out giving scholarships to many 6'6 islanders or magic indigenous boys or even NTS members, but they import...

Ive heard about this kid, apperently his been offered scholarships to Newington and Scots, enrolled at Joeys and thinking about going to Riverview

i think Hardy will play 2s lock, although if o'donahue, penisi and sandell are still injured then he or oli bartlett would be the next picked

Goldie will play well anywhere, so i dont see why playing him at hooker and having Penisi in the side is a bad thing

yeh O'Donahue will be there if his fit. what about Chris Goldie at hooker maybe?

It really depends, Sandell will be in the team either as the prop or lock, but it comes down to who plays better between the other front rowers and second rowers. I rate Carolan so i think Sandell will be playing second row next season.
