    Wallabies 2012 Championship Squad

If you are picking on form the locks would be AWH and Sharpe. Behind them I would have Pyle, Neville, Douglas and Simmons. And fardy too. Deans will pick Timani and Simmons....

    Deans likes picking pretenders.

    You're a shit troll, bro.

    QF1 2012 - Reds vs Sharks

Lucas to 10 is the best option. Harris is a good 12 and he should stay there. I expect the back reserves to be Frisby and Tapuai as everyone else is injured. Sharks have a very good backrow so Higgers, Gilly and Shactz will really have to step up the intensity this week. I think we can do...

Have we got a decision yet?

    Western Force 2013

His brother JP played in the city v country representative game on the weekend. He may well make the extended reds squad next year as we are looking to sign some new props.

    Qld Premier Rugby 2012

Yeah Setu was the bloke I was thinking of. Hope he makes a speedy recovery. The force are delusional. I have no problem with them wanting to hold back their contracted players to strengthen the perth comp, but to let them play in sydney and not brisbane is just petty and not in the spirit of...

Is Cottrell back playing for wests this weekend? How is the ex broncos bloke going for them at 8?

Southern Kings OUT of Super Rugby next year

I think America and Japan are too far away from us to be playing rugby against them week in week out. Furthermore, Japanese rugby is a corporate wank fest. The teams dont make money they are just a form of advertising. It would be a lot harder to include them into an expand super rugby than...

    Wallabies 2012 Championship Squad

Which is even more reason why the waratahs backs should not be selected.

    Wallabies 2012 Championship Squad

The squad breakdown (shamelessly stolen from another site): Full Backs: Kurtley Beale (Melbourne Rebels), Adam Ashley-Cooper (NSW Waratahs), Wings: Drew Mitchell (NSW Waratahs), Lachie Turner (NSW Waratahs), Nick Cummins (Western Force), Cooper Vuna (Melbourne Rebels), Centres: Rob Horne...

Southern Kings OUT of Super Rugby next year

Think SANZAR has said "we dont care who the teams are, but you can only have 5 until we expand the comp again in a few years."

    Thoughts about the Brumbies

Coleman lit up the U20's at 12 a couple of years ago, I wouldn't drop McCabe for him but maybe shift him to 13. Do any of the insiders know if they brumbies have a new sponsor in the pipeline?

    Thoughts about the Brumbies

Thoughly enjoyed watching the brumbies this year. They need some more "x-factor" and squad depth if they are to win the competition, but I expect both to develop with time like they did for the reds. Would love to see coleman have a run at 12 outside lilo next season.

    Reds 2013

He is a TH lock I think. Not as tall as others but he has quite long arms so he is still a decent lineout player. I haven't really seen enough of him to comment much more.

    Waratahs 2013

Optimal playing weight is a case by case thing really. Mowen has had the best season of his life this year after dropping weight; Beale was the same in 2010. Whereas others like Gill have needed to bulk up to handle the physicality of super rugby.

    Reds 2013

I'm still hoping they bring back hugh mcmeniman to play Lock/6.

    Reds 2013

Leroy houston is off contract in france. I wonder if he is being considered as a cover for higgers?

    Western Force 2013

Cheika will be good for the force. He has a point to prove like link did when he came to the reds in 09, and he pretty much has a blank canvas to work with. Hopefully he gets some solid assistant coaches as Blake, Louden and Lane are all free at the moment.

    Waratahs 2013

Maybe the senior players were weary after last season when the tahs all bulked up a shit load in the pre season and then proceeded to drop like flys once the rugby started.
