NSW Schools - Trial Games and Selections 2013

Totally agree, thought pace of ISA forwards was the difference allowed quicker ball for auggies backline that has improved every game this year. Would still swap Cochrane and Cotton around, both great players but think cochrane makes less mistakes at full back and cotten is a better player when...

Was actually 70-0, not to much to say about a result like that, all auggies boys played well, all taking good form into trials this weekend

NSW Schools - Trial Games and Selections 2013

Hosea Fotakuva (view) and Max Cook (Augustines) were both drafted into combined states last year as replacement hookers,. Will Davies (kings centre) also played nsw 2 last year I think

    ISA Rugby 2013

Looks like a very good team hiding in that group of names somewhere! Would have to think Cook, Hanigan, Halaifonua, Kagiassis and Markus would have to feature in the ones at some point, I would swap Cotton with Cochrane and have Tukipilli loose head

    ISA Rugby 2013

Riverview would probaly have won this one without the help of a rather bias ref, to much dropped ball from auggies against a riverview backline that looked a bit slicker. Great game from riverview no.9 which makes nsw trials interesting with lussick and taefotu the other 2 I have seen this year...

    ISA Rugby 2013

St Augustines 35, Christchurch boys high 25, Christchurch totally dominant for first ten minutes, from then on it was all St Augustines, late converted try from CBH disguising a very dominant all round performance from Augustines.

    ISA Rugby 2013

17-10 to Augustines last year in NZ, both games could have gone either way, not sure if it will become annual game, would be great if it was Put 50 points on Christchurch in NZ, so couldn't have been there 1sts, Augustines v Christchurch Boys High saturday 4th may, rat park at 5:00, if its...

Australian Schoolboys & National Championships 2012

my apologies, browsing a few different threads, thought i was still in NSW schools, interesting thought though, has any dominant school ever got more than a couple of players from its team into Aus schoolboys?

Australian Schoolboys & National Championships 2012

Front row, Wendl, Cook and O'conner from auggies, Lloyd and Phillips must be in the running for 4 and 5. Auggies have best pack in opens by a country mile, would have to be considered

    NSW AAGPS Rugby 2012

Saints have put these sort of scores on everyone they have played this year, including christchurch boys high and south-lands boys high on a recent NZ tour. Their forward pack are strong, mobile and highly skilled from 1 to 8 who consistently get past the gain line to provide quick clean ball...
