Could be worse if one of the other Barrett's hadn't pinched Beaugan's lucky kicking boots.

    Defence needs some work.

Can we put the festival of hate and celebration of "I told you so" on hold until after the match?

Not seen the Laser Show in Argentina?

5 minutes. Poor defence decision making and execution and The Darkness grab the first of what may be many meat pies. NZL 5 AUS 0 after conversion is missed from the sideline.

That was a Hodge distance kick. Damn. NZL off the hook.

    NSW AAGPS 2017

Mods Note Let's pontificate about reorganising NSW Schoolboy rugby in this thread: http://www.greenandgoldrugby.com/community/threads/the-ideal-nsw-schools-comp.11614/ The reality is that the Heads of Schools in the AAGPS, CAS and ISA will determine what is in their best interests and it will...

^^^Would that take precious funds away from Sydney and Brisbane Premier Clubs? Can't wait to see the outrage from the old and bold if that happens.

    Women's Rugby Union

We won't get better without playing the best. Although we were flogged, I am very proud of the Women in Gold.

Getting sick of all the talk about the record for consecutive victories. The World Record is held by Cyprus. It is 24 and has stood since 2014 when Andorra finally ended the run of consecutive victories whic started in 2008...

    Women's Rugby Union

Oh dear. Loiuse Burrows gets shown her second slice of cheese for the day for a cynical offside. That is a Red although there is only 10 minutes left so it is a little moot. AUS are down to 14 players for the final 10 minutes. 72 minutes gone, NZL 48 - AUS 3 Full Time: The Darkness grab a...

^^ Simple. Our team is selected from a 3 day tournament. NZL have a Women's Provincial Competition.

    Women's Rugby Union

NZL onslaught continues. 62 minutes gone and it is 43 - 3 to The Darkness. Too many missed tackles. 68 minutes and it is 48-3. This is for the Laurie O'Reilly Trophy. Lozza may soon be bolted into the Trophy Cabinet at HQ NZL Rugby until we get serious about Women's Rugby. Can't see...

How good is it to see a proper game of footy on the oval before a Test match?

Tier 3.5 - An Alternative NRC

WTF is the Grass Roots of Rugby? Once that is defined we can then start to compare apples with apples. What I do know is that Grass Roots is not First Grade footy in the Sydney and Brisbane Premier Club competitions. Subbies Footy, Country Footy, School (not NSW AAGPS, NSW CAS, or Qld AIC...

I reckon BuildCorp have done more for grass roots rugby than the Eastwood and Randwick stirrers have done. Things will get better with time and participation. There is a certain quality in quantity. Get more players playing and you will get better players.

^^^ Another Sheldon playing in double digits? Old Man Sheldon must be disappointed that both of his boys have chosen to be baton twirlers rather than rugby players. Back in the day, he was a decent enough loose forward.
