Cheika's blinding love for Phipps and Foley are going to be a big problem for the Wallabies. They have both had poor games, yet no Frisby and To'omua is pulled for Lilo. Does Phipps' defensive work make up for his inability to pass to hand consistently as a Wallabies halfback should?
