This is the last I'm going to say on this but the force 'giving back their licence' is the only reason they haven't yet been cut because their 'due legal advise' created the clause stating that a team would remain in wa until 2020.

In that case the ARU could easily withdraw the licence from the VRU just like they planned to do from the Force/Brumbies but unlike the Force there is no agreement guaranteeing a team in that state..

Sorry yes that's what I was getting at they would have first rights to buy it back but I would also say they would need to sign off on any sale so even if a syndicate was willing to step in if they are still needing to cut a team then I doubt they would allow it to go ahead. Either Cox retains...

I don't see how Cox would be able to give the VRU the licence it's not his to give even if he wanted to sell it it would have to go through the ARU and in that case they could just veto the sale, retain the license and shut it down.

The Western Australian on the ARU board definitely voted against the reduction of teams back in April

I wouldn't usually read to much into it however it was a training run they were 2 defined reams with different uniforms. Also I would say if Horne was in the starting side it would be for Hunt who didn't look to good at the end of the Scotland game.

So looking at pics on facebook of what looks to be a scratch match has me filled with joy. In the team consisting of Foley, Hooper, TPN and Folau also contained Hodge and wait for it.... Horne God help us if that is any indication as to this weekends team.
