Scotland v Wallabies at Murrayfield 12.40am Mon 25 Nov

Scots are rightfully favourites. They have a good all around game and we will not have been tested out wide like this since the Bled. games. Hope we can get up.

He likely has a niggle. Frost too. Shame TT is not back

    Wallabies 2024

And the fella did dip slightly into contact. Yellow for mine but they did not have to give him a red.

Although LSL (Lukhan Salakaia-Loto) brings great impact from that bench role

Williams is a must if fit, in the row or at 6.

Don’t think it was a red. The player was dipping.

Nasty head clash for Gordon last week. That gash might need some time to heal? This is the test to rest he, Toupo and Williams and also have a look at Skelton and Kerevi. We need to be firing on all cylinders next week.

The Lions series looms large and JS needs to get his ducks in a row. Agree Williams probably needs a a rest and we will need him against Scotland and Ireland.

Doran reporting Sua'ali'i to the bench and Kerevi starting at 12. A good move I reckon.

Versatility is not necessarily what we need. Lolesio can play 10 and 12 Lenny can play 12 and 13, even 14 at a pinch. Sua'ali'i can play 13 and 11/14 Kellaway can play 13, 14 and 15 Wright can play 14/15, maybe also 12/13. Donaldson can play 10/15/12 We need the best option in each position.

    Wallabies 2024

We could do that or start him at 12 with a view to ending the game with last weeks pair in the centres. We need backup at 12 and 13. He is only 31 and being Fijian is in his physical prime. At his best he is a no brainer selection at 12. Imagine Sua'ali'i running off him. It would be great to have...

    England v Wallabies, Twickenham, Sun 10th Nov 2:10AEDT / 1:10AEST

All of a sudden we had some real juice in the midfield. Lolesio also looked much better with Lenny outside him. Our forwards have been building throughout the year and have been competitive. Now we have a backline that can deliver fast points with front foot ball. Is it Wales next week?

    England v Wallabies, Twickenham, Sun 10th Nov 2:10AEDT / 1:10AEST

Yes, we seemed to counter the English maul effectively. He adds weight there and at the coalface generally. Surely we will see him next week?

Its a tough gig with is big boned island build. It would be easy for him to take massive cash in Japan for a few years and not have to put in too much. Hopefully he is motivated to be the best version of himself he can be. Playing at the Tahs with Bell this year will help.

    England v Wallabies, Twickenham, Sun 10th Nov 2:10AEDT / 1:10AEST

Lolesio was very solid in the air. We missed a couple of contested kicks but were certainly much better than in the RC. Williams was a revelation receiving kick offs and JS the same contesting ours.

He was in his prime then. The best all time commentator of Oz rugby. Surely not his gig now, but in his day no one else was close.

He has his history and good genes. There is every chance he can get close to the player he was previously and if there is a chance of that, it is worth the risk. Which other 12 would you have in his place?
