Wallabies v Wales Game 2 Sat 13 July Melbourne

It should’ve been a try if they didn’t butcher it, but eventually they got a certain 3 point position right in front instead of 40m out. I see where you guys are coming from, and normally I’d agree, but around 10 of the Welsh players were still jogging back behind him when he took the tap...

Weren’t you also upset and calling for him to be dropped after he scored that try last week?

Wallabies v Wales Game 2 Sat 13 July Melbourne

I thought the quick tap from Wright was smart… He recognised the Welsh defenders were all offside and not making an urgent effort to get back.

Wallabies v Wales Game 2 Sat 13 July Melbourne

I’m not sure what they were overly confident about… The Force were by far the obvious choice back then, with a better bid and Perth having a stronger rugby profile at the time, backed by a strong Saffa and English expat community. I’ve said it before, but as a neutral I wasn’t expecting the...

They won’t be filling the G to watch the B&I Lions next year?

Wallabies v Wales Game 2 Sat 13 July Melbourne

So the Wallabies shouldn’t play in Melbourne because they don’t attract enough people, except for when they attract larger crowds than other cities…

Wallabies v Wales Game 2 Sat 13 July Melbourne

The game is at AAMI Park with a capacity of 30K, so I doubt they were expecting a big crowd for this… Unlike 84,000 last year, and 53,000 for the All Blacks in previous years at the MCG and Marvel respectively.

I'm not sure if it was confirmed that he was 100%, but it might also be a case of not bringing him back too quickly... Give Flook another start, ease Ikitau back through some game time against Georgia and have him at full fitness to start in the RC. Edit: confirmed... Ikitau still not 100%
