Serhon is a class player, though has had a few injury woes, and his skill and fitness will need to speak for themselves come trials and selections. I wouldn't put too much stock in these forums @F MGrath. I hope he's okay and recovers quickly from his concussion.

I'm told by a usually reliable source that P.Ivic was selected for the Combined States team last year, but didn't actually play for CS in the tournament at St Ignatius College. Injury perhaps, or some other reason. Can anyone confirm if that's correct?

Saw young Kellaway in the Waratah's player's box, sitting happily at the back in shirt and tie, a few weeks ago. We suspected something was afoot, but thought it could also have been just a nice freebie of some kind. Great to hear this.

Not sure it should have been a surprise...? One would hope a SJRU U17 rep side would beat a school U18 side. The SJRU Sydney U17 side also defeated Central Coast U18s at North Sydney Oval (warm up to the Wallabies v Lions classics charity match), and that team had a number of Country rep players...
