Which clubs are the Class of 2016 going to?

^^^^I'll get around to that in the next couple of days. The time has come.

    November Internationals not involving Australia

^^^^ Will this hard line be like the focus on Halfbacks feeding the the ball to the scrum down the centreline of said scrum? Think that was a key focus directive from the IRB for Referees back in 2014 or so. IIRC that particular directive lasted about 5 weeks before the Undernourished Yappy...

    Reds 2017

A good barometer for the "health" of a team for the coming season is the membership count, bearing in mind that most teams under financial stress often use inventive ways of counting "memberships". Anyone know what the Reds 2017 membership count is up to ATM? Hopefully some of those who spat...

    Waratahs 2017

Any intel in how Brad Wilkin is going with his rehab? Poor bugger missed out on the U.K. tour as a schoolboy with a busted wing. I think similar issue with him for the U20s/Aust 7s. Then he was crocked in a Shute Shield game early last year IIRC. A tonne of promise that we haven't seen...

    Reds 2017

The Reds need to do something different in the pre-season because whatever they have been doing in the past hasn't worked. Maybe Styles just wants to prove that he will make a difference by doing things differently.

    CAS expansion

Others have had a go at this before. Food for thought. Take the speculation about the best ever XV to the thread below. http://www.greenandgoldrugby.com/community/threads/the-best-xv-of-players-from-any-school.6865/

    AIC Rugby 2017

Be very careful about talk of imports/scholarships etc. This sort of talk often gets out of hand very quickly as emotion kicks in. End result is the thread gets hijacked, with folks banned and posts deleted. Take that sort of talk to the Scholarship thread. Just talk about the rugby here.

    Waratahs 2017

Sandell had a bad 2016 with a variety of unspecified injuries keeping him out of Shute Shield Rugby for much of the Season. He will also need to put a bit more bulk on if he desires to be a starting Super Rugby Prop as he didn't look as physically dominating relatively speaking as I recall him...

EOYT 2016 - Possibles, probables and general banter

Would he still be eligible for MOM if he was suspended and not playing? Aah, the memories, of the Exit of the Minnows from the World Cup (s) at Pool stages.

    Sydney Colts - 2017

The 2016 Interstate U20 games were supposed to be Curtain Raisers for Super games between the Oz franchises, except NSW played all their home ones on pretty poor ovals well away from the Super Rugby fixtures, as well as their game in WA. Usually due to weather interdiction, not some evil Tah plot.

    November Internationals not involving Australia

IMHO SO'B outplayed Pocock (who was pretty damn good for the Men in Gold) over the weekend, with the margin between them about thr same as the width of the Pacific Ocean. He and Heaslip will need to be contained for the Men in Gold to bring the bacon home. Rory Best and the young prop played...

    Sydney Colts - 2017

Best to discus more in the Under 20's World champs thread, but if Rappy & co do as they did last year, they may have a U19 development team training alongside (fully integrated) the Wider U20 train on squad. School leavers showing promise will remain with the squad as it gets cut from time to...

Watching the French News on SBS and the lead item is Le Rugby. We will be lucky to get a mention at the end of the Sports news on our FTA TV stations, "Thanks for that report on the Combat Knitting match between Parramatta Chamber of Commerce and Footscray Heat, Jeff. Now in news to hand...

Lopez droppie goes wide, by a bees dick. Victory is ours. AUS 25 FRA 23. Put that one in the bank, and move on.

Next break in play is it. 80:00 is up. Still scrummaging. Les Frogge hot on attack, 22 meters out. Our replacement Front Row was given a lesson today.

MOM Genia off and Phipps on for the final 3 minutes. No change to the score AUS 25 FRA 23. Tighter than a ducks backside.
