    Wallabies v Georgia 20 July - Allianz Stadium 3.45PM

100%. I think it's very clear that the first Wales test was easily his best test match and the second Wales test very likely his second best test match. He has undoubtedly been unable to transfer Super Rugby form to test form prior to 2024. A couple of times where he's put himself in position...

    Wallabies v Georgia 20 July - Allianz Stadium 3.45PM

Agreed. I guess looking at the 2023 votes, the only time the 3 votes matched the GAGR consensus was Nick Frost being MOTM against Fiji.

That would have been Carter Gordon wouldn't it?

    Wallabies v Georgia 20 July - Allianz Stadium 3.45PM

No, I selected Valetini for my 3 points in the first test and Gordon got 2. The fact remains though that the overwhelming majority of posters (all but 3) picked Gordon among their MOTM votes for the first test. My comment was more on the basis of BR trying to make some sort of objective...

What about in the first Wales test where he was the official MOTM and you still didn't give him any points?

Melbourne Rebels Players - where are they going?

You would think this is a massive priority for the Tahs once McKellar and Raiwalui are in place. They need to work out who should be retained and make it happen before players start seeking out post 2025 Super Rugby contracts elsewhere.

I feel for Dylan Pietsch. Got very few minutes in the first test and was fine. Didn't get on in the second test and now gets overlooked for this one completely. Hopefully he gets a solid run soon. Good to see Len Ikitau back healthy.

    Under-20 Competitions including Oceania & World U20s

At their rugby club. I.e. in the current Wallaby squad Jake Gordon didn't go to a private school so all his junior rugby was through a club or clubs.

    Under-20 Competitions including Oceania & World U20s

I think the point Strewthcobber was making was whether any of these kids did all their schooling at public high school as opposed to them playing their rugby at a public high school. I don't think anyone really has any reasonable/serious expectation that kids will be playing rugby at their...

    Under-20 Competitions including Oceania & World U20s

I was wondering whether the kids without a private school listed and a club side instead were public school kids. The first one I googled was captain of rugby at Trinity Grammar (Sam Niulala) so I don't hold out a lot of hope.

    Wallabies 2024

It has just been pointed out to me that the Wallabies currently have the longest winning streak of any countries in the top 10 in the rankings.

Also, this was just posted on Stan Sport social media. Gleeson ready to go!

Wallabies v Wales Game 2 Sat 13 July Melbourne

McReight potentially? I think Gleeson is adequate in the lineout but was basically never used there this season as the Tahs ran a short lineout almost all year so they weren't relying heavily on props who had never met the team before to lift.

Wallabies v Wales Game 2 Sat 13 July Melbourne

I agree with all that. From listening to Schmidt I just think the most likely substitution if it is able to be tactical is Cale leaving the field and that is the driver behind Gleeson getting the nod over Hooper.

He was initially. There's a later section specifically about Gleeson and the backrow changes and he calls him Billy several times.

Wallabies v Wales Game 2 Sat 13 July Melbourne

My take is that Wilson wasn't really in the frame this week and the planned substitution will be Cale leaving the field so the priority was picking a number 8 which put Gleeson over Hooper.
