The reserves win last weekend was a cracker. They are doing well, especially given a lot of players moving in and out every week.

Cooper, Feaui-Sautia, Tapuai and Quirk should be priorities. And yes Quirk, he has been underrated all year, and he is perfect foil for a dynamic number 8, just not the under-performing Shatz. Quirky will only get better with age.

Whilst To'omua is currently the best 10, the combination of Cooper 10 and To'omua 12 is certainly the best option. To'omua has all the attributes as an inside centre, and Cooper thrives with a ball player outside him. No brainer for mine

Jonah played Premier footy two weeks ago and was with the Under 20's this weekend I'm pretty sure.

You'd expect Cooper, Genia, Slipper, Simmons, Horwill and Gill to be in the Wallabies squad, with probably only the first 4 in the 23. Chibba Hanson is probably the only other that has a chance of making the squad.

Because we have the team to be in the finals, and coaching selections and decisions are clearly resulting in our poor performances.

I don't think I've seen a forward pack play as dominantly as University did on the weekend. They were absolutely relentless. On paper, and 90% of the time, on the field, Easts have the best forward pack in the competition, but they were blown away by Uni's intensity and speed at the breakdown...
