Except I lived in NZ - both rural and city - so perhaps ur experience is completely different to that of a NZ-born and bred NZer.

Are those kiwis better than the Aussies who don't get those spots?

They have all played for the Brumbies at their age levels (my youngest plays an age group up with my middle child because we just can't get them to 3 different trainings and games etc lol) I wouldn't say they are weapons. But they work hard and they enjoy playing. My eldest in particular LOVES...

Never say never... There is one scenario where I can see myself supporting the Wallabies/Wallaroos - we'll know in about 6 - 8 years perhaps :)

Fuck me...I've been saying this for a few years now. Yes - NZ players should be able to play in ANY Super Rugby franchise without losing AB eligibility.

Most kiwis who like union also like league. We are not as either/or as Australians are about the codes.

I’m pretty sure that America Samoa’s biggest contribution to the US is enlisted defence personnel and gridiron players

I think you claimed that there were 2 kinds of kiwis on this site "Kiwis are either humor-filled fun people or insufferable wankers" and then specifically called Dan an insufferable git during the game for pointing out the obvious when he said "Shiggins me old cock, I would be incredibly...

And yet you - and a number of people - conveniently leave out the numerous times he says things like "Not saying my way is right or wrong, just what I will always stick with." Hmmm...so preachy and knowitall. Some of you are just bloody snowflakes

You guys didn't like the ref - cool. As many have pointed out, the ref isn't the reason the Brumbies lost - not by a long shot. TBH, my issue is more with the way that @Dan54 is getting treated. He is pretty consistent in the way that he sees and approaches refs and he even acknowledges that...

So Rassie did the same as what everyone here is doing - calling out all the calls he thought the ref missed or got wrong - but his is abuse and everyone else’s isn’t? The only difference is Rassie’s position. He isn’t some random dude on a forum so if that is the basis for calling what he did...

Super Rugby has been around for almost 30 years and has far from 'sucked.' This competition has been the launching pad for the greatest players and teams in the modern era and where all but 2 of the RWC winners have come from during that time. It isn't perfect and it needs to be re-imagined...

I'm not sure LOL It's hard to find a sport that compares with rugby in Australia which perhaps is what makes finding a solution so hard. No-one else has done it.

So is the soccer model what the domestic-league proponents seems to be where Australia becomes the dominant sport in the country, produces a lot of talent for the rest of the world and the bulk of the national team plays outside of the country? Perhaps it's a workable solution but I think it...

From a quick glance, it seems there are quite a lot of players in the Brazilian league with the foreign quote being lifted a couple of times. The trend seems to be moving towards more international players...
