Sounds like some of those whispers about Lynagh's confidence/mental state might have been on the money. From Doran's piece this evening at the Roar

I don't understand your logic here. While no-one watches the Tahs, there are more in the crowd than all premier grade club games combined most weeks aren't there?

Guys, RA has no money. This will be same teams, same contracts, same players as those on the books already

Straight from World Rugby Regulations.....you represent the Union not the nation

    Scotland's Ben Healy.

To add to this, for Tuipolutu the younger, it was well known that he had substantial OS offers, which he was pretty likely to take. MT had an offer in 2023, after ACL and other injuries all through the previous years. If you are a Super Rugby coach, knowing he's probably going to Scotland at some point...

Two weeks ago, Edinburgh lost the first half against the Lions 48-0

If course it's not talent ID. All these guys are pro players. They are in the system. What we actually have a problem with is bigger offers coming in from OS for guys that our teams can't afford to pay as 1st teamers, combined with players being reluctant to move interstate, and teams not...

I'm sure rugby does (as do they all), but Ausplay is a government survey, not based on sport self-reporting. No doubt kids would be playing both too. Touch and oztag are reported separately in this one

Scotland have games against Portugal and Chile for the A team, he'll be captured by one of those Edinburgh?

Ausplay has union a bit above league for children participation ( 7k v 5k) but the difference would be within the margin of error -so effectively the same. Both sports are around 17th to 20th in the state for children participation, around the same as T-ball, Taekwondo and Parkour

It's a lot easier to get a visa to live and play in some places as a Wallaby isn't it?

    Wallabies 2024

I wonder what the thinking is? There wouldn't be many options. Need a team willing to travel all this way to play one match outside the test window.

I believe the game v Bristol is Australia XV and wouldn't capture, but the England A game is an Australia A game and will (maybe)

There was a bit of chat about this on the 8-9 podcast, Harry Jones isn't always worth listening too, but on this I think he's probably right. These days being a fast elusive runner is about 1/3 of a winger's job. If you can't effectively take a high ball, and secure ruck ball as required then...

Main Japan game against Wild Knights is 4/11, first Australia XV game is 8/11. That's going to be interesting......

    Wallabies 2024

He played 13 against Emerging Ireland and the Cheetahs for the Force in the last couple of weeks. As per KOB, I reckon it's pretty likely he is the back-up/opposed training 13 up against Ikitau.

Think this might be the reference? Super rugby regular season finishes 31 May. GF probably 21 Jun. 1st Lions test is 19 July. Not much room for a Wallaby game in there Maybe he gets selected for the AUNZ XV at Adelaide Oval on the 12 July?

Not much point naming a captain if they are sitting in the stands

Name one successful team with a back row who keeps missing vital tackles in the midfield? I'm not defending him, I'm just saying he has a bigger problem than who the skipper is
