I don't think we need to rewrite history to accurately describe Chambers' time in rugby... The two centres that effectively priced Chambers out of renegotiating a contract with the Reds didn't exactly go on to greatness either.

He signed a short term deal with Munster on his way to rejoining the NRL... A quick Google reveals he played 8 games for Munster including 3 in the Heineken Cup... as well as 3 games for Munster A.

Koroibete didn't have his best game, but he at least seemed to be involved... Kellaway has been almost invisible in all of the tests this year.

When you say a while back, do you mean the last few years? I agree he's underperforming this year and is at risk of losing his spot, but probably would've been the next name after Ikitau named in the backline since 2021... unless your name is Eddie Jones.
