    Wallabies v Georgia 20 July - Allianz Stadium 3.45PM

In fact I’m pretty sure it did clip his fingers. Could swear it was deflected. Definitely not mistimed.

Thought our decision making was really poor today. When Georgia came within a score we’d just opted against 4 shots at goal from penalties. Not enough respect. I genuinely think if we’d taken them we would have ended up scoring as many or more tries as we did anyway, such as the pressure would...

Whilst Kellaway doesn’t shoot the lights out at 15, this is why we should at least swap them.

But Wright’s the form Super player of the year!!!

    Reds v Wales, Suncorp Stadium - 19/7

Nah he’s a wet sock mate. The pass probably was forward but five Welsh players standing right next to it didn’t complain and that seal off by Gibbon gets a penalty about 50% of the time. He’s just depressing to listen to. Probably something about NSW not getting all the rebels they wanted.

Makes you wonder if Kieran Read was also born in the year 2000, would he have had the same criticisms made of him. One would argue that the All Blacks could afford that luxury but it certainly does seem several coaches have a view of Wilson not being what the modern game needs.

More than 2 years away from the second largest base of supporters is just astoundingly poor.

    Ballymore Redevelopment

Wales visited when I was at Grammar many moons ago as well. They actually train at the school practice ovals as opposed to the playing fields because it’s very close to the hotels in the cbd and the sport centre at the school is perfect for all the s&c stuff as well.

    Queensland Reds 2025

I really have no idea but if Rees-Zammit can make it into a squad then surely Petaia is pretty much guaranteed to be the next Gronkowski right? I mean some people say Petaia is overrated (they’re wrong) but Louis is the king of instagram followers>talent.

Wallabies v Wales Game 2 Sat 13 July Melbourne

Agree that they would have but I really doubt they would have even attempted to score in that situation. There's an almost guaranteed win if you take the points. If we were trailing by more than 3 then sure.

Obviously the maul D was very, very bad and I pin that on the tight 5 as a whole. ESPN has Slipper at equal fourth for runs and sixth for tackles. No other Aus front rower surpassed him on either of those. He's in every lineout and every scrum. To call that going through the motions for a prop...

Wallabies v Wales Game 2 Sat 13 July Melbourne

I don't think he should be dropped for Kellaway yet because it's not like Kellaway is playing the house down but Wright absolutely had an enormous brain fart at the end of the game that even Schmidt called out in the press conference and otherwise was serviceable at best last night. We just...

Wallabies v Wales Game 2 Sat 13 July Melbourne

Few posters here saying Slipper needs a rest - I'm not seeing it TBH. he seems to be playing the same role as he always does (decent tackles, decent runs, secure possession at ruck, decent scrum, decent lifting, calm head). Aside from one spilt ball when it was bucketing down I thought he was...

Man in what world did the Reds choose Vunivalu over Daugunu

This is why I say it is a relatively recent thing. It's obviously incumbent on a team that can manage itself to a degree and there are a lot of captains in the squad.

Wallabies v Wales Game 2 Sat 13 July Melbourne

Captains being appointed full time is a relatively recent thing and if there’s adequate leadership around the team then I have no issue changing it up. It was one of Eddie’s annoying things that he never actually explained (probably because he couldn’t explain it to himself) but I don’t think...

This is what I’ve been told but I can’t claim to have seen him on the scales.

Wow was I wrong, just one injury forced change to the xv. It’ll be interesting to see who becomes captain when Slipper is replaced.

On the other hand there was a period not so long ago when every lock and prop was listed at 115kg for some reason and I know for a fact that some props were running around at 105kg. Tupou on the other hand was rumoured to be 15kg heavier than listed this year.
