I think Wilson has earned the right to stay at 8. Uru would be starting at 6 and take his chances. Haven't seen enough fro. Uru to say he's make the backrow ahead of ASY (Angus Scott-Young) so he may be good bench cover where he'd end up playing a bit of 8 as Wilson will probably come off with about 20mins to go.

Thought he might be cheaper for the Reds. Family on the Sunny Coast.

Would be a good pick up for the Reds.

    Aussie Player Exodus

In an interview ha said he'd be happy to play for Australia, England or Italy. You'd think England would be the front runner as he's spent most of his life there and has been part of their system.

He's not the one coming here though, it's his younger brother. Would be nice to pick him up to though.

Seems like an interesting selection. While I am sure Tom is a good player, Louis seems to be the talent and he is on course to play in the Premiership with the pathway to England open. I'd love to see some footage of him playing, obviously hasn't done anything in almost 12 months with Covid...

Also the Fox rugby show was on Thursday nights for most of the 25 years, when most players had training on. They just missed a large part of their audience.

I think there is. If they can follow the NRL Foxtel model you could have a show on every night and rugby becomes something the house gets around. In my house I put NRL 360 on if my wife's out and I hardly watch any of the games. They don't all have to be about breaking the game down but when...

Kimber is working for Stan so it makes sense. All the people he follows on twitter would be good to have some involvement in the shows. I like the suggestion of the Badger too. He could do some fun stuff that would be mostly entertaining. I love the set up of the Aussie Rugby Show where they...

Cricket is an interesting comparison. From my understanding you can play grade cricket from 13-14, so in the club comp you have young guys in lower grade mens cricket. In school it works out fine as most of it's about numbers and it gets pretty social. Hopefully they can find a solution. The...

    Wallabies 2020

I actually think McReight will play plenty of games off the bench with Hooper starting. He adds something special and you can bring him on for 20mins and he'll win 3-5 turnovers, is quick and has great ball skills. Don't think it will happen this year but a season of Super AU and the TT comp...

    Wallabies 2020

I don't understand Wrights selection on the bench. We don't need a 7 as Hooper will play the entire game, McReight is a better on ball player, Samu offers more in attack. I think he will develop into a quality 6 over the next few years but he's not there yet. Happy to be proven wrong on the...

I don't have an issue with guys taking up league contracts straight out of school. They do a much better job with them physically as they don't seem to suffer the same injuries. That said, if you have Jordan Petaia, or someone of his ilk, you sign him up.

Sully, are you Matt Burke? You don't have to have played at the highest level to be a good commentator. Yes it help you tell some good stories but doesn't mean you have amazing insight.

Might be a case of only the top level athletes participate and we move towards the US high school system. I know at Terrace this year they only had 3 U12 rugby teams but huge numbers play basketball, COVID would have had some impact on this too.

Happy for Hodge to stay at 10 if there is no JOC (James O'Connor). Also, great to have him on the field so we can take every shot at goal and build some scoreboard pressure.

Surely if you are going to commentate on the game you could read the laws. It's not that hard. Even sit the level 1 referee exam. World Rugby and RA also put out directives for referees each year that they should read. Shows them what areas they will be focusing on.
