I went to Newington's reunion day last year. Great day and atmosphere. Usually the old boys are behind the posts and the visiting school sit along the sideline bank next to the New supporters. No problems last year. If the Scots crowd were behind the posts, then this would have caused an issue...

Bob Peters No surprises about the 1st XV award winners !! Joeys culture alive and well. 2nd XV were a very good team. Some might have been unlucky not to make 1s but that is always the case at Joeys. Shows the depth of the program.

Agree Double Badger, Their work at the breakdown is second to none. They very rarely give up their own ball and win 20-30% of the opposition ball which gives them plenty of ball to mount pressure. It is a skill at the breakdown and they have been coached very well. Their maul is ok. Line outs...
