They have not deliberately held back players this year. They are not "building" for a premiership, they tried to win it, coming 2nd in the comp. They haven't built for 2024, that is so wrong. You can hardly "build" for a premiership in the GPS competition unless you recruit new players.

They have to be selected in u16 if they are eligible according to GPS selectors rules, unlike the CAS. However, Justice was not selected in GenBlue u15 and instead was selected in the u16s. Anyone know why?
