    Sevens 2022/23 (World Series etc)

In the Saturday Telegraph, there's a good article about the Men's 7s program. Great read, however, one thing sticks out for me - referring to John Manenti - "relaunched his coaching career after a failed stint with the women's Sevens team. Didn't Manenti coach them to great success? Which is...

    Subbies 2023!

Hearing that Subbies are looking at odd numbers in top three grades. Not the worst option if it evens out the comps

Won’t be Epping, I’d guess they’ll have a Beecroft, Harlequins, Briars, Knox in that order

Our bench was fantastic. There was talk of Samu starting, but this is the role that suits him perfectly

Interesting penalty against Fraser. Not rolling away despite being the tackler who was being tackled by Faleteu.

Good thing it’s so accessible to the western Sydney clubs

I thought the boys were desperately unlucky. Yes, discipline still has a ways to go, but overall, I think they were pretty good. I like that we went for the win rather than taking the 3 points. What happened after it is disastrous officiating and if that's the stand that world rugby is now...

I blame Dave Rennie and the selectors for that yellow card. They keep selecting him, what do we all expect?

Is Noah Lolesio a big talker? Never seem to see any footage of him talking.

Waratahs and RA need to work out how they can lock some of these Under 16s down. Some very special talent here. Mitchell Woods is a standout today.

If the plan was always to use Hodge to replace Foley, why not Lolesio?

A great grind from our boys. Unlucky in the end. Would love to see a replay and check Danty's entry into that last ruck.

Why call to 6 when you know your hooker's best attribute isn't his lineout throwing.

I'd suggest we get Jock in the gym to build that upper body. The ease that he was pushed off there is the only issue with his fullback play.

But another ill-disciplined penalty, especially as skipper.
