    2024 Super Rugby Under 16 and 19 series (29th Sept - 3rd Nov)

Reds scoring some worldies in the first half of the u19s both before and after the heavens opened. Have had the ball on a string at times. Doing everything they need to keep their future in their hands next week. Leading 33-5 at half time (5 tries to 1).

Bit of chaos in the English camp heading into the EOYT: https://amp.nine.com.au/article/685e6704-6abe-433d-86d4-8eee4c894d2e They'll still be favourites to beat us but this does leave them a bit more vulnerable, particularly if they're struggling to get the defence changeover sorted.

    2024 Super Rugby Under 16 and 19 series (29th Sept - 3rd Nov)

Bonus point win for the Brumbies and no BP for the tahs means they're up against it to miss the finals: -Brumbies finish on 15 points (bye next week) -Reds are on 5 points with 2 to play (against the Force and Rebels), for a max of 15 which is likely -tahs currently on 9 with only one game left...

Probably an improvement to be honest, the worst part of AI is how obsequious it is. A rogue AI who just comes in and insults everyone is way more interesting.

Pretty sure perofeta is signed at the blues through 2026. NZRU could have sorted something out though. https://x.com/BluesRugbyTeam/status/1715110766666502629

Rumour is they have signed a former AB 10, but it sounds like it's from outside - maybe Cruden or Sopoaga

It's my understanding that under the CBA they have no scope to direct them to a specific club (though they can make them play in the local comp). The most they can ever do is ask nicely or suggest certain clubs, but there's no room for them to force them or even influence them too much via...

    Wallabies 2024

Few names coming out from the Reds/Force wallabies sessions, mostly focusing on uncapped players: https://www.rugby.com.au/news/massimo-de-lutiis-meet-the-reds-rookie-rocketing-into-spring-tour-contention-20241017 Also a few more obvious ones...

You still get away with a lot more in league - every hit in this video has him at least facing the judiciary in our game: https://x.com/IMAROOSTAR/status/1835262339635130709 I'm not saying he won't adapt well, but I think there's a really high risk in the early periods for converts when they're...

    Brumbies 2025

He's a big lad for an outside back (6'3" and 96kg, about the same size as Taj Annan), but the big thing is probably just that he's a year older and an outside back, so he should be just about super ready.

    Wallabies 2024

30% is probably about right, but I reckon he probably has the same chance of copping a ban that rules him out for the rest of the tour for a tackle in one of the A games. Possibly the inevitable yellow for batting the ball dead will save him from being on the field to take someone's head off...

    Queensland Reds 2025

First guess was right, De Lutiis signs through 2026: https://reds.rugby/news/massimo-de-lutiis-commits-126kg-of-prop-power-to-reds-20241016

    Queensland Reds 2025

Signing news incoming: https://x.com/Reds_Rugby/status/1846697409096962109?t=s-DF4AsbVRPJtIctNguUMQ&s=19 With that emoji I'm guessing an extension for De Lutiis. Or maybe not, given he's already signed through 2025...

A few contracts for Brumbies pathways players: https://brumbies.rugby/news/brumbies-elevate-four-players-to-2025-super-rugby-pacific-squad-20241016 3 years for Kadin Pritchard, 1 each for Shane Wilcox, Lachlan Hooper and Tevita Alatini.

Matt Gibbon is also bond, but I don't think it's a matter of spreading them around - almost all of them have existing club associations and it'll be they're choice if they stick to them or not. Lachie Anderson is the only one I'm not aware of having any existing club associations up here, no...
