Yes, very hard to determine both as a referee and a spectator. Hard call to make, especially in such a tight game. What did you think of the game?

The boy who was pilfering, I believe had a #15 on his jersey, had let go of the ball and player after being asked to "release". After releasing him, the grounded player released the ball aswell, leaving the ball to flick out of the ruck giving a penalty against SHORE for not releasing. The...

Wa Want to see a mobile forward pack, look at SHORE and The Scots College. Excellent mobility, all hard ball runners, who have exceptional ball handling for forwards, and can also make a hit when it counts. Great mix of power, skill and vision, enhancing a teams ability to attack and also...

Saw lots of Dowsett last year, strong player. Haven't seen much of Connelly, is he a good outside back?

Could be some hefty unexpected ball turnovers created from that and good momentum for lower rated teams such as SHORE. Where is Connelly be playing this year, will he be outside Dowsett? He missed all of Last season, interested to see how he shapes up this season.

However, this will change once placed under electronic time. Regardless, an incredible speed, and especially useful when you have 2 attacking players...

Looking at the carnivals leading up to GPS on the 10th of May, it seems this years GPS teams will have some serious pace in the outside backs with likes of: Kennewell, Hutchinson, Mete, Yates, Kane, Connelly, Dowsett, McCutcheon who are all mostly running 11.2 secs (hand time) and under for...

What would a full strength riverview backline look like?

Didn't a SHORE boy dislocate his knee and do his ACL in the pre-season last year aswell-conolly? SHORE's bad run of injuries is concerning me, maybe their preparation or their strength and conditioning training needs to be reviewed?
