Keen to see what Sam Sharman from views 2nd XV has to offer, he looked dangerous against Scot’s despite losing but I believe he will be one of the main players that will lead this team to beat a strong kings side.

I got to the games on Tuesday early to watch the country game and number 2 for white Angus Phillips was looking threatening out there, I thought it was joe dillion for a second with his slick ball skills. In year 11 aswell, wouldn’t be surprised if he is in a gps 1s jersey next year.

It’s hard to believe that he is only 16, he should bring some of the knowledge that he has gained from the 1st XV to the presidents u16 side.

Yesterdays game at view we saw the 2nd XV take a big blow early on with an injury that took out one of there key players leaving the boys rattled. Two over boys in the side had to leave the field with concussions. They unfortunately ended up losing the game to a much bigger Scot’s side.

Hey Kurtley, Although he did get punished, it’s not safe to judge that it’ll happen again. After all he has been a great player throughout the preseason and round one over at Stanmore.
