Wallabies v Lions, 19 July Suncorp

A big concern is that the Lions backups are too strong. It was supposed that starters vs starters even and they would make the difference with their substitutes...
Disagree. Our bench is better than half the players out there. I would have bell by a mile, Tate, dono, peitch all on to start

Chaotic game. I like the pressure the wobs were putting the Lions under towards the end of the half. Could open up, we need to score next.

You mean he missed a kick from the sideline kicking right to left?

That's as tough as kicks come.
A lot of his kicks have been short or straight to a lions player. It's shit, compared to the lions back 3 and Russel's boot

Conversely, I think he's showed, for a kid in his first test start (?) that he's a keeper. Had a rough first few minutes but then knuckled down (in a HIGH level game) to show he has the right calm temperament and ticker for his position.
He is supposed to be in there for his kicking too which has been poor.

The defence. It genuinely looks like a team to play right on the edge of offside vs a team who try and stay onside. Everyone says it's like speed. Half the time it's fkn offside

Bell is probably the strongest ball carrier in the 23. Tate it is depends of what kind of game do you want. With that physicality disadvantaged he would be useless. Dono and Piestch are average at best
