Wouldn't be surprised if Tremlett made a feature in some TOTWs because, along with having ice in his veins to win the game, I thought he played brilliantly from what I saw. Haven't watched any replays yet, which I am keen to watch, but from Saturday, he looked right at home in the 10 jersey for Scots.

Thoughts?

yep, questioning whats gonna happen when Ollie Sinclair comes back to no.10, as Tremlett had a huge performance really showing everyone what he can do at the position.

Honest thoughts regarding the dropping of Robertson

I feel he has been exceptionally hard done by here - I will not tell a lie.

Firstly, I thought Wendt was an outside back? I remember him performing as an admirable 13/14 in the 16As etc.

I also thought that he has been the backbone of Shore's midfield defence, which has been among the best in the competition. Most tries are from breakaways, linebreaks that have been linked with support lines etc, and he seems to have a good depth of understanding in terms of midfield defence and organisation.

I also liked the structural role he has played, unlike most 12s as the "Second Five" he seemed as more of a genuine midfield organiser and a viable bridge between inside and outside backs - with Francis often stepping inside of him to assume the "First Five" role.

Hopefully he performs to his best extent in the seconds, and to be fair, someone had to give to allow J.Callaghan back into the side. Good luck to him.

Ebro, love your work.

I am told Sinclair's surgery went well and he is available to return this week. Still a chance he is given a week to make a full recovery rather than taking any chances in re-aggravating the issue.

With Gabe Roberts coming into the Aloys front row fit and healthy and potentially Bert Ridding being fit as early as two weeks should any GPS schools play Aloys to test themselves against the best team in CAS by consensus?

Couldn't have said it better. BS21 the definition of a valued member in the forum.
now we need more people like you, these dam pricks are probably 60 years old and are alcoholics
On the other hand, I again despise this type of talk. If you like, Micheal, I can send you the link to the U12's forum. Maybe that'll help put you in conversations with others like yourself.

Haven't heard much discussion about the crowd-work at some games, heard the Rowdy View crowd was strong despite being out at Parramatta and having only the A teams played (even go as far as to say they make the Kings crowd look weak). also heard the Shoremen got around their respective game.

Just a humble Bricks opinion

Completely agree. Not sure if putting Wendt straight into the inside backs was the best idea. This is for 2 reasons: 1 He has been out for almost 2 seasons so for now he is lacking the IQ, experience, and potentially confidence as inside, as a strong ball runner with plenty of pace I would put him outside or wing (not fb because Jai is back). 2 As @The Chairman said, Robertson is very comfortable as a ‘second five’, carrying his experience as no 10 to draw vital strings in the back line.

THE DILEMMA: Quite simply, someone has to go. With Wendt returning he has to go somewhere and I think he is ready for the 1 XV, same with Callaghan, they need him and someone must go.
But, is Robertson the weakest link? I am not sure, but then who else to go? Any ideas?
