@PROPaganda is probably the man to go to
I don't have much word on trial form but I think these teams are reasonably consistent year to year. View normally go alright, as well as Scots. Joeys will always be strong with their ridiculous depth and they should definitely be the team to beat. Kings have been one of the weaker 4ths XVs over recent years and I assume this trend will continue. Shore had a decent year last year after long periods of terrible 4th XV results, looks like Shore has a newfound boost in depth but Joeys this week will be a huge test. Newington 3rds will compete well in the 4ths comp but given they are 3rd XV team you would assume that, a little embarrassing for the Stanmore men.

Thanks for that insight Prop,
What is the basis for New 3's to play in the 4ths comp?.

Can't imagine they'd be pushing for 1s and 2s spots that late in the year, how well SIC are going will also be a factor in their selection. But time will tell.

P&D
a few of the boys are coming off seasons in the 1st and 2nd XVs and so I would be surprised if SIC's coaching staff weren't keen to get them back into the sides as quickly as possible. Will be interesting to see if the boys will still be considered properly for GPS selection, playing only 4 games following the term 2-3 holiday break.

5. A.Cabot
6. I.Perkins
7. H.Dempsey
8. C.Conna
9. G.Grover (captain)
10. F. Garling
11. L. Tucker
12. A. Mgrath
13. H.Davis
14. G.Feild - C.Lenehan
15. B. Folkes
Just my Thoughts, not very familiar with the View Yr 10s, or the View boys In general, Cheers.
Wasn't to far from being 15/15, if only it wasn't for the rowers. Haha.

Not many people had Shore above 4 this time last year...
Some did, and it became obvious which members of the forum were current Shore students. However they proved correct so credit to them.

I recall the predictions being between Scots and Shore. Scots failed last year and lose much of their team going into 2025 (e.g. Jaques, Fittler, Brial), and that is why I'm predicting them to be disappointing again.

My predictions:
1. Joeys
2. Kings
3. Shore (Will push up if Bassingthwaighte/Callaghan can actually play the majority of games)
4. New
5. Scots
6. Riverview
