Brums at home off a disappointing loss to the Canes v the Tahs who they don't like, lost to previously and can't function away from home....

Screams don't overthink it, Brums 13+

If somehow the Tahs can comprehend dimensions of a field not located in Moore Park and make it a game the Brums have shown some strange form this year and an propensity to miss tackles. I'd be shelving a bit of the box kick first attitude and not be affraid to run it and test out Muirhead and Toole.

I expect the Brums will bring it in and go through the forwards which is what they should have done last weekend.

Brumbies definitely having a strange year... dropped a couple at home they'd usually win, but have won four really impressive games on the road that I didn't have high hopes for.

They tend to bounce back after a loss, but McKellar has probably got the Tahs whipped up after the bye and they'll have some players returning.

Porecki still out with a calf injury, I know he must be fighting to be fit in time for the Lions, but the odds of him taking the field again have to be lengthening. Does anyone know if it's on the same leg as his Achilles injury was?

Gordon and Vailanu back but we are still vulnerable at THP and the lineout. At that hole of a ground and given that we broke our duck this year against our bogey team, I don't have high expectations. Still, happy to have Angus on the whistle rather than a Kiwi.

Hole of a stadium. Ground is perfect ;)

After the annoying loss by the Reds, this game may point to what will happen at the end of the season from an Australian point of view. Brumbies must win, with a clear advantage over the Tahs to keep the faithful. At the moment, I am not sure the Reds, Force or the Tahs can play well if they make the finals. Earlier in the season I had hopes for an Australian win but the longer it goes on seems like we are not improving, whereas Kiwi's are.
I'd love to see the Tahs step up and make a fist of this game.

Extremely unscientific but top six split is now NZ 4-2 Aus whereas was Aus 4-2 NZ not that many weeks ago. Is 3-3 even possible now?
I doubt it, following the amateur closeout out the Reds offered the Drua. I am concerned that we are falling away at the business end. Still 4 rounds to go, would love to see the boys lift but history is against it.

Brumbies or Reds would be form favourites to take #3 at the moment. I can't see any one going to NZ and winning, so ideally we get them, or even Tahs get up there through at 3 and 4 and get one/both of them through to week two of the finals.

After that who knows.

I think we may know, but we are hoping. I would love to see the Reds win it, but who knows? It ain't an easy season to judge any team on.
