Staring at the camera with the wedding ring and wristwatch already back on, symbolically signalling to the wife that a) he's fine and b) it's just a matter of time till we're outta here and back to nice safe Japan babe.

Frost I think just needs a little coaching on how to use his weight more.
His engine and athleticism mean he can do things no other lock can, which means you can accept some trade off with his core jobs. Just not as much of a trade off as we have to accept at the moment.

Still as noted he did more good than bad last night and was part of a pack that dominated their opposition. Maybe I'm a bit unfair on him.

Its round four and I think we can confirm that the Brumbies are still the best Australian team by a good margin with the Reds next best.

Hooper has had a great year. Whilst we never want to lose anyone I think he is a guy who could flourish overseas and I hope we can get him back even more hardened like CDC at the Force.

Really impressed by how Cale has performed after a pretty disrupted off season with bad injury/infections. No sign of the rookie let down with him. Rory Scott is just a work horse. Bigger than you think as well. Walked past him at GIO last year and he's one of those guys that just looks like an athlete even if you had no idea about footy.
