Rugby Championship 2025: Wallabies v Argentina

Upon watching the replay, it's really clear that Tupou was struggling with the heat. he's generally not the most accurate player as it is, and a few of the general play penalties he copped looked like fatigue. I'm not surprised he didn't come back out after half time. As a positive, he did well...

    Shamelessly stolen from the leaguies.

Rugby Championship 2025: Wallabies v Argentina

Recently got home from the game, was a cracker. Atmosphere was great. Haven't fully dissected the game yet, but Bell was good when he came on. Frost got through a mountain of work and the backrow was exceptional. Argentina have some really slick outside backs and will regularly get outside...

I see your point, but even with additional hydration breaks the heat and humidity can seriously knock you about if you aren't used to it. It's a major advantage and a good reason to play games in Townsville more often!

Rugby Championship 2025: Wallabies v Argentina

Townsville just had it's first bit of moderate rain in months, and there's a bit of cloud cover about too. Humidity has been hovering at about 70-80% recently, and the rain has kicked it up a bit. Will likely be a bit humid if this cloud cover hangs about into tomorrow and probably be quite warm...

Rugby Championship 2025: Wallabies v Argentina

Newcastle and Adelaide can get stuffed! Seriously though, while it does look like tickets for tomorrow are moving now, I'd been keeping an eye on the site and tickets had been moving really slowly. They've had to drop the prices significantly in some sections, which seems to have pushed the...

Townsville had their grand final over the weekend as well for all grades, the wallabies showed up there. That's just as important as showing up to an already well supported Shute Shield or QPR grand final, as it does wonders for engagement in the regions.

The lack of Townsville games annoys me more than the lack of afternoon games. I think the last game they played in Townsville was in 2023.

    Wallabies 2025

Well that's some bullshit right there. So now I wonder if LSL (Lukhan Salakaia-Loto) will slot into the second row, or whether Williams will move back to the starting side with LSL (Lukhan Salakaia-Loto) off the bench?

Rugby Championship 2025 : South Africa v Australia Round 2

And the ABs are coming into that game off a loss.

Rugby Championship 2025 : South Africa v Australia Round 2

That's a real shame. I was looking forward to Le Roux getting skinned constantly by our back three.

No wonder the WRU is in such trouble if this is the quality of their analysis!

Wait, is this graph saying that over 2 million people are playing rugby in England alone? Surely that can't be right. And noting the 4 teams in the URC for South Africa, aren't the Currie Cup squads that don't play URC also professional? That will affect the SA ratio significantly.
