I think this is leadership from a different angle. Taking on a crucial difficult role. Easy to be 1st grade coach and forget the rest of the club.

Would be great but all the school age kids already at prem colts and it’s a small pool of rugby players already with no opens teams in juniors and only one school playing locally. Lot of work to do in that space.
