Wallabies v France, user friendly time Sunday Morning

Now I'm no rugby genius, but doesn't this suggest something?

Ireland v Wallabies, Saturday 15/11 (Sunday morning Aus time)

I wouldn't suggest that our salaries are over the top. The issue is about how much income we generate. Pfitzy mentioned earlier about needing a broader base in order to achieve a higher peak. That works for me. Super Rugby has not achieved what is required and this "top down" approach is always...

Ireland v Wallabies, Saturday 15/11 (Sunday morning Aus time)

And it get's worse from here. The 5 -> 4 sugar-hit is settling back to salary cap and budget restraints. Let's not rinse and repeat.

I’d have Daugunu at #12 for biff-bash and Ikitau back to his best slot at #13 looking to fulfill or direct creativity and wide ball. I’m happy either way.

and the system that produces them.

It suits my sense of humour to imagine wins against Ireland and France to follow a loss to Italy. I'm in.

Yep. Hard to say seriously that the Wallabies are a satisfactory bet at any start. Good luck boys.

    ACT Brumbies 2026

MT, from how you are reporting Larkham's statements you seem right. All I'm saying is that an alternate view is not "rose coloured glasses". It's also not unusual for greater experience to be seen as a good base for closing matches (especially where greater class may be seen as better to start)...

    ACT Brumbies 2026

Rose coloured? I don't follow the Brumbies particularly closely but I'd be presuming that Meredith has the starting 10 slot and let Edmed over-ride the call through performance. It really won't bother me in the slightest should Larkham surprise me here but I don't think Meredith starting is an...

    Wallabies v Italy - 9 November

Hell. Now there's some advice I'd offer to someone here. The only issue is simply how fucking incessant that (particular) hair-brained opinion is.

    Queensland Reds 2026

For the life of me, TSR, I don't understand what "up tempo" and "passing/offlaoding" has to do with going up the guts. It suggests setting off from the ruck and able to offload. It's a role I would traditionally see with the loose forwards, and the tight stuff I would traditionally see through...

BR, it's disappointing but it is not the Japan squad. This seems based off the First XV with some juggling. Still, ... I'm with you there.

    Queensland Reds 2026

It sort of implies that at least one lock will be playing a little wide of the ruck. Are we strong enough in front row + the other lock to deal with that? It's not as if we don't have talent in back row for dynamism. It's workable but far from ideal and does little for Uru's career imo.

    Wallabies v Italy - 9 November

No. There are some names that we won't expect against France and Italy (and didn't play England) but "everyone get's a run" was the Japan test. This is nothing like that. Have to agree on the risk of no bench lock - it's one of the hardest worked positions on the field with big bodies that...

    Wallabies v Italy - 9 November

Thought the stats showed Jake with 81 passes and 11 kicks from hand, but hey, maybe they plumb can't tell the difference.
