    What does it actually mean in practice? Wasn't super clear to me. Nice to see some of the big bucks being slotted in at state level as opposed to the top like the Lions tour. Would be nice to see it spent on park / subbies footy. They don't seem to get a cracker.

    just had a look at the Clermont squad - Aussies in there... Folau Fai inga Rob Simmons Irae Simone Alex Newsome. This is just 1 team out of 14 and there are 4 aussies in it. We have the talent and production line for another super team - just not the funds or perhaps the desire.
