My view is we need to keep a bunch of our best overseas players involved. Don't try and pick the same two or three every time but try and keep about 10 players as part of our pool of players that are being called up across the year. Depth is always a problem so increasing that player pool would...

    RWC 2027 Australia

It has been a while since I have tried to catch a train right after full time of a major event at Sydney Olympic Park but I would say 30+ minutes wait for a train wouldn't be unusual. The waiting is to get each train load of people into the station and onto a train rather than it being a case...

Wallabies v Lions - 3rd Test, Accor Stadium, Saturday 2 August

I got vibes (but in reverse) of the famous photo of Dwyane Wade and LeBron James.

    Wallabies 2025

Here's an article from 2018. https://www.rugby.com.au/news/2018/08/27/wallabies-abroad-To'omua-polota-nau-leicester It doesn't work as a hyperlink because the forum has automatically added an apostrophe in Matt T's surname.

    Broadcast options for Australian Rugby

You have the option of just ignoring them and writing off their views as both biased and pointless.

    Wallabies 2025

My understanding is that in the off weeks where there aren't any games that the players need to be released and they need to return back to their team.

    Broadcast options for Australian Rugby

When I watched it, I was thinking that looking at his phone most of the time wasn't great but then I changed my mind when he no longer had that distracting him from other options.

This clip certainly doesn't work well for him. https://www.facebook.com/share/v/1Cpt2BDFfR/

    Wallabies 2025

How long did it take everyone to work out it was Valetini not Vale(n)tini? I figure we've got years of this still to run. You should make this post your new forum signature. Good player, we're going to see his name mentioned more and more hopefully.

    Wallabies 2025

Skelton's physicality and willingness to really be abrasive without being a dirty player was so essential for us to really compete. We have to make it a hallmark of our game going forward with or without Skelton. Blame for that is certainly shared. Skelton hasn't exactly been banging down the...

Wallabies v Lions - 3rd Test, Accor Stadium, Saturday 2 August

We went to the Pullman after the game and then caught the train when that closed (maybe midnight?!?). By that point it was pretty quiet. Getting the train directly after a major event is always awful.

    Refereeing decisions

My understanding is that the halfback can use their hands to make the ball accessible in the ruck without it leaving the ruck. Once it is accessible they then need to roll the ball back with their feet. My view of that article is that it should (and probably was) written several years ago. 1...

Wallabies v Lions - 3rd Test, Accor Stadium, Saturday 2 August

I second this. The lightning break was excellent. 45 minutes of karaoke classics and the crowd getting more intoxicated. Everyone was certainly well and truly in the spirit of things when play resumed. The whole game day presentation was awesome. I wonder if it took a while to filter up to...

Wallabies v Lions - 3rd Test, Accor Stadium, Saturday 2 August

Well, that was one of the best live sporting events I've ever been to. What a night! Thankfully we were undercover. It would have been a very different experience for the poor souls in the lower section. The rain was insane!
