Force v Tahs wooden spoon battle?

Equalizer

Trevor Allan (34)
It was grimy, it was dirty, it was wet.....and that was just my beer!

Now I think the.Force have been done wrong. The rugby gods have kept the Tahs in for the spectacle next week. Just like the Godfather......just when I thought i was out they drag me back in.

Resilient...yes.....Spirited.....yes......proud inducing gut busting effort....YES. Bodies on the line, did it for the fans.

No point singling out players. Just a bloody.good.team effort. The spirit of the West, the ticker of the blue, the love of the club.

Too good.to give up, too confident to back down...too much potential. Build the team, build the fan base....build it better. Onwards, stay the course Sea of Blue. Go You Force!

Very disappointed with that. A game we should have won, were it not for two really soft tries in the first half and the fact that we didn't take the points when they were on offer.

We're still fucking mediocre.
Plenty of talent in the side. Next year will be better . Unfortunately though there is now the world’s longest off season! 9 months.

That was definitely a try from Lancaster, good effort by him after 90 minutes in the wet.

good efforts from Swain and White for the Force. Swain is stronger than I remember. White is a step up on most Aussie 9s.

For the Tahs I thought Tupou was actually really good, excluding the yellow card. Good scrums, tackling and ball in hand.

How good was Reilly in the first half, he’s impressed me a lot this season. Walton is good but fuck me he dummies and goes too much. Does he not trust his outside backs? I guess I wouldn’t either if I were him.

Adamson did well for that late break but fuck me he was poor in his minutes before that.

Also both sides got great clearance kicks which was refreshing from the Reds after they had some abysmal clearance kicks.

Bowen is far from a complete product but he looks promising.

It's all good but I don't think it was definately a try. Knocked it on. Even Lancaster didn't celebrate. Obvious

He’s the biggest hog, pass the bloody ball

Hear that every year.

4-5 wins incoming but Cron rattles out all the terms to get old cauliflowers ears tingling.

If there was any team that needed a blue disabled parking sticker....I give you the Tahs
Records should decide that right?

Cron’s Darren Coleman with a few more media training sessions.

Yeah we don’t need a dummy half who draws attention.

He does have a good kicking game still but Lonergan has a better one and I don’t think he’s a Test 9. What can help him is he’s a solid 7/10 in every facet where others have a clear strength. The other balanced 9 in the comp is Thomas who wouldn’t surprise me to be the 3rd halfback on his showings this year.

Looked a try at real speed, I get annoyed watching the frame by frame crap, the Tahs were horrible for most of the first half, just how many lineouts did they lose? Only to luck out with an intercept try against the run of play

First intercept was pressure forced shit pass from Donaldson who overall didn’t have a great game with a rush defence.

Looked like the Tahs knew the Force try and throw it off the hip to the guy sweeping behind. Kind of have to with no big fast Centres but meant Reilly knows where the ball is going to be.

It was a very average game that then had poor conditions for the 2nd half. A draw would have been the fair result tbh.

Beale would have nailed that kick but old mate saw a 2 year extension if he hit it.

Force have been entertaining this season and they will learn from 2025 on how to close out games.

They will look back on their season as what could of been. They should have beaten QLD twice and Tahs last night & they had done that they would be sitting 3rd of the ladder and are playing finals footy. Bring on the Lions vs Force game now. Let the party begin!

Yep force season not over just yet. One small blessing is they can rest, get some injured players back over the next few weeks and give the Lions a massive welcome to country for game 1.
would assume they will lose tizz, donno and maybe potter?
Will HJH (Harry Johnson-Holmes) be back for the Lions game?
