yes probably haven't heard of him, now that i think of it he isn't very good.Never heard of him. Would you happen to know his name?
Seems to be a strong pedigree at the school obviously. Players like Ben Baretto and Finn Hannon are supposedly quite dominant within that age group as well seem to be shaping up really wellJoeys never fail to produce talent
Obviously the whole team is compromised with big voices in the backline gone. I'm not sure if the improved scoreline for Shore against Joeys was due to their improvement or Joey's struggling. What are peoples thoughts on Joey's U16 team without there powerhouse's in the backline as they have gone to the opens.
Hi B-Tizzy,Also just want this forum to keep serious as CAS has been locked.
A huge let down for them as they are at their best when their powerhouses are playing. A big gap is left for the b's players. What are peoples thoughts on Joey's U16 team without there powerhouse's in the backline as they have gone to the opens.
Reviewing that shore game should that it was predominantly a forwards game. Scrum count probably piled up to above 20, the shore Loosehead even got a yellow for a scrum infringement. Joeys back definitely not what they used to be. However this is expected. Shore really showed up in defence, as watching the game showed the possession counter to be 80%-20% joeys way. Will be great to see how they manage as the season progresses…Obviously the whole team is compromised with big voices in the backline gone. I'm not sure if the improved scoreline for Shore against Joeys was due to their improvement or Joey's struggling.
Hey mate,Hi B-Tizzy,
I am just curious as to whether there are any updates on the CAS forum knowing your status and reputation on there? I am going bat shit crazy from CAS forum withdrawal, with my most recent development being the shakes. I am seriously considering switching back to Discord to discuss the current state of CAS right now.
Cheers.

I've watched him play before and he's a bum.Hey boys,
Just contininuing on about Harry Haigh, heres what i have to say
Harry Haigh, a promising young talent, plays as a flanker for the Scots Under-16A rugby team. Known for his relentless work ethic and aggressive tackling, Haigh brings a dynamic presence to the back row. His ability to read the game and disrupt opposition plays has earned him recognition as a rising star in Scots youth rugby. With strong ball-carrying skills and a tireless engine, Haigh consistently supports both offensive and defensive phases, embodying the gritty, high-intensity style that defines a top-tier flanker. As he continues to develop, he’s one to watch in the future of Scots rugby.
Cheers Men

(If anyone wants an insight to some 16 schoolboys, ive got a son in that age group and i've watched many players)
this bloke is not that good. An average flanker at best. If you want to talk about a number 7 with an outstanding work ethic int he under 16s, take a look at Riverview Tom Symmons. Gen Blue 15s last year this kid is the definition of a game built of work ethic.Hey boys,

Scots completely dominated Shore scrum today…yes…they were contested. 24-17 to Scots after an early lead by Shore 0-12I believe from discussions across Joeys, Riverview, Newington & Kings, this team as never contested scrums in previous years. That is U13A, U14A, U15A and YTD U16A's. The competition looks forward to seeing Scots pony up for the rest of the fixture or play with a man down.
Kings also had the normal 3 out on the weekend. No excuses, all school needs to ensure they have a complete squad ready to play in the U16A's.
Wouldn’t say Scot’s dominated shores scrum. Shores tight head showed good composure and got a penalty in a crucial position. A bad penalty was costly against shore for pushing up. Not to sure about that law. A good contest though in the gameScots completely dominated Shore scrum today…yes…they were contested. 24-17 to Scots after an early lead by Shore 0-12
Just to close this off and clarify the rules of rugby. Fundamental rule of rugby is that players must be on their feet to play the ball. Kings player was on his knees, never got back on his feet and he did not bounce forward…it was a crawl or caterpillar. He had no momentum moving him towards try line. Also, the ball was already placed on the ground when he first dropped and he subsequently picked the ball up while still off his feet to caterpillar/crawl to the try line. Had he got back on his feet to score … then it would have been fine. Simply not a try.The video clearly shows the Scots "attempted tackler" lost contact with the Kings ball carriers foot as he falls to the ground 50cm from the try line. The Kings player was untouched so free to continue his forward momentum to score the try. He bounced forward. The mature referee was 2m away and correctly awarded the try. Law 14.3 states a success tackle requires the ball carrier to be held. You removed that bit from the insert above.
